About Scholomance
Founded by Kel'Thuzad, Scholomance is a vile academy for prospective necromancers of the Scourge, built when the Cult of the Damned converted the ancient crypts beneath the Barov family's keep at Caer Darrow into a school of necromancy. The Barovs, who had donated their keep in exchange for a promise of immortality, were killed and raised as undead themselves.
