About Lower Blackrock Spire
The majority of Warchief Rend Blackhand's Dark Horde resided in Lower Blackrock Spire, with Overlord Wyrmthalak acting as ruler and taskmaster over the orc legions garrisoned there. After the Dark Horde's fall, draconic creatures moved into parts of the structure alongside the surviving orcs, trolls and ogres.
